We want you to love your purchase from HNU Apparel. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. The item must meet the same return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
