Order Processing

Most in-stock, credit-approved orders placed on the HNU Apparel website are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. To calculate your shipping cost:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Enter your shipping address at checkout.

3. The total cost including shipping will be displayed before you confirm payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. HNU Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist if an issue arises.

If you are based in the Los Angeles area, you may pick up your order from our office:
